We Prioritize the Home Buyer
At Dooley Home Inspection, we understand what a significant life decision you’re making, and we want to help you make it with a clear head and a full understanding of what you’re facing. Don’t trust an inspector who doesn’t treat your concerns as important. When you decide to buy a home of your own, you need to have an inspector on your side who prioritizes your interests and concerns. By hiring a unbiased third party inspector, you know that the recommended repairs are really needed. For example, we have no extra motivation to recommend a termite treatment or water well and septic repairs. Call or text us at any time to schedule your home inspection.
Reports in 24 Hours or Less
We want you to have the information you need as soon as possible. That’s why we return our inspection reports to you by email within just 24 hours of completing the inspection. We generate our reports using HomeGauge Software and fill them with detailed facts about the home along with helpful photographs. You will also find a tool called the Create Request List™ (CRL™) in your report. With the CRL™, you and your real estate agent will be able to create a project list of the home repairs you’d like to see made. The list can be downloaded, saved, and shared easily with the seller. Don’t hesitate to call us anytime after your inspection is over to ask questions about your report.
Your Comprehensive Home Inspection
Dooley Home Inspection’s services are thorough and affordable. During the inspection, we take our time to search the home for defects and damages while also assessing each system’s age and unique maintenance needs. We’d love for you to join us at the home so that we can answer all of your questions and show you anything we find that’s of immediate concern. Our experience in construction management allows us to detect the problems that can be difficult to find and offer the best advice to our clients about repairing them. By the end of the inspection, you’ll feel confident that you have all of the information you need to make even the biggest decisions about the home.
