What’s included in our commercial inspections?

We perform a detailed evaluation of the property’s physical structure—including the foundation, roof, walls, floors, ceilings, windows, and doors—as well as all major systems. This includes a full assessment of electrical components such as panels, breakers, and wiring; plumbing fixtures and piping; and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. We also utilize a FLIR thermal imaging camera to detect temperature anomalies that could indicate moisture intrusion, insulation gaps, or overheating electrical systems.

For even greater peace of mind, we offer additional services including a sewer camera scope to assess underground plumbing lines, a WDI (Wood-Destroying Insect) Termite Report, and professional mold testing. These optional services help clients gain a complete picture of the building’s condition and any hidden issues that may require attention.
