Dooley Home Inspection now offers Foundation Engineering Certificate Inspections for FHA and VA loans! As with all of our services, these inspections are conducted with professionalism, precision, and efficiency—delivering same-day or next-day report turnaround to help you stay on track with your loan process.
What are Foundation Engineering Certificate Inspections?
Many FHA loans and some VA loans require a foundation compliance certification, especially for manufactured or mobile homes, to ensure that the structure meets HUD’s Permanent Foundations Guide for Manufactured Housing. These inspections primarily apply to existing or resale homes. I provide certifications for permanent foundations and additions to the property. The report is prepared and delivered within 24 hours of the field inspection, expediting your loan approval process.
In addition to foundation certifications, Dooley Home Inspection is now offering the HUD-90251 CIR, or Compliance Inspection Report. This report may be requested by your lender when certain conditions are placed on your appraisal or if construction or repairs must be verified. I am qualified to perform this inspection, ensuring the property meets HUD guidelines and any lender-required conditions.
Your lender will inform you if the CIR is needed, and it can easily be added to a standard home inspection. By combining both services, we save you time and simplify the process.
With our detailed inspections, responsive customer service, and commitment to accuracy, Dooley Home Inspection provides everything you need to satisfy lender requirements and ensure the property is in compliance with applicable standards. Whether you’re purchasing a new home or refinancing through FHA or VA programs, you can count on Dooley Home Inspection to deliver dependable, timely inspection services that support a smooth closing process.
